Just signed on a refinance. Bill and Brianna were awesome through the entire process. This was not our first real estate transaction. I can honestly say this was the easiest and fastest one. Chris came to the house for us to sign the final documents. Chris was great too. They all stuck to the timeline, stayed in constant communication, even if it was just to say everything looks good. Every call and email was answered promptly. This is the first time that I did not deal directly with a bank or lender. I will never go back to doing it that way again!
