I am not a member of this bank, I went to use the ATM drive thru and the machine took my card. It denied my transaction, was “experiencing technical difficulty” and the machine told me to go into the office to retrieve my card. The manager of this location told me because I am not a Santander member my card cannot be issued back to me. This location of Santander stole my bank card. I will never use this bank ever again.

I've been going to this bank for a decade now and I couldn't be happier with the service I recently received from Mr. Keretz.
