So on Saturday I stopped through the drive thru at the Vystar on Branan Field to make a payment on a loan. I sent a check in there with no transaction ticket (gasp). And after waiting there the teller popped up on the little screen and you can see her flipping my check front to back and she stated, “what do you want me to do with this?” I said to pay my line of credit please. She said, “well you have no transaction ticket and why is your member number?” So I gave her my member number and before I could respond she turned off the little screen. Keep in mind that if she would have taking the time to look at the check she could have seen it was payable to VyStar and in the memo line it says LOC oh and it has my info on the check. So if she would have taken 30 extra seconds to look up the info before she spoke with me and maybe first of all GREETED me and then said are we paying on your LOC? That would have been awesome service. But no then when she was done with the transaction she appeared on the screen and said all done and turned it off. I have to say that the member service with VyStar as a whole has dropped significantly since Terry West has left I don’t know if that is anything to do with it or not but i hope can improve like it used to be.
