As far as i know they do a good job in what they do, never dealt with them in that regard. The issue is they don't even shovel the sidewalk in front of their business, along the main road, US Highway 12, in the winter. Which leads to walkers, cyclists, runners, ...etc, having to traverse through snow dumped onto the sidewalk from the plow and natural accumulation too. That or use the plowed street and potentially get hit by a car. Quite dangerous if you ask me.
