Parkway was excellent. They met our schedule, guided us and were available when we needed them, got us the best rate, and did not have the extra fees people warned me about. We can't say enough good things about them and have already recommened them to others struggling with the mortage process .

Received a letter from them, called 4 times for a refinance, no response absolutely. Went to my credit union and took care of it. Do not recommend due to irresponsible business ethics.
