If Cottrell Hunter is your broker please run as fast as you can. He had me believing that I was approved for a home loan, when I was only pre-approved. He was rude to my real estate agent, he didn't even have the courtesy to call and tell me that I wouldn't be getting the loan, he sent a text. I spent thousands of dollars and ended up with no home and lost out on my money.
