Today is the first day of being completely settled in to our new home thanks to Dawn, Nancy, and the team at Guild Mortgage. When the perfect home became available, we tried not thinking it would be possible. Dawn, thank you so much for going WELL above and beyond to make this dream come true. We are so grateful for you. One day of many, relaxing poolside in our forever home!!!

The Guild Mortgage Lakeland team just helped us close on our 3rd home in Lakeland and it was the best experience we’ve had thus far! Dawn and her team are a BIG reason for that as they are attentive, intentional, careful, caring, and efficient. We highly recommend Guild!
