Been to this bank 4-5 times in 2 years just to open up an account. Every time i go, i leave after an hours wait. They take extremely long. Not enough workers to help the customers. This is a repetitive system. You can tell by all the same complaint reviews. 5 star ratings they have is obviously fictitious.

Although I love the actual credit union, this location is by far the SLOWEST I’ve ever encountered. The staff is untrained with no sense of urgency. It’s so disappointing as the location in Lakeland is 100% better. I was excited when they opened one closer to us- not so much anymore. This branch won’t be open long at this rate.
