DOG FRIENDLY! I have banked here for over almost 40 years! The McKinleyville branch has very friendly staff. They know you by name and are quick to help solve any issues or problems that arise. Their extended hours are very helpful. There can sometimes be a wait in line, but it usually moves along.

Horribly managed (if at all.) Can't deposit my check in less than 30 minutes unless I go at odd hours on weekdays when most people are working. They legitimately had 1 teller open with about 15 customers in line. I've managed retail stores for the last 6 years of my life and I would definitely be fired for something like this.
