Horrible, I have been renting with them for over 2 years now. The first was with johanny, i put all of the money down for a home and the day of move in found out she already rented it out, or the tenets decided they didn't want to move. We did this about 4 times with 4 different homes and move in dates, until i settled with an apartment. This Had broken missing blinds they did not clean, i cleaned for deposit reduction as i ran out of time with moving. When the lease was ending i again asked for a home as we have two kids and i didn't like the stairs in apartment and wanted to be in a house. She again took my money and i had / and lost 3 more houses for the same thing " they decided not to leave/ already taken" after she found us a place about 2 weeks before the move i had a lady knocking on my door saying she was the new tenet , she gave her my number, so the new tenet started showing up at the apartment and calling. time of the move i took my pictures and gave back the key. 30 days later she deined my deposit refund saying the dishwasher was stained ( water stains as in move in because i never used the dishwasher ) The stove ( was old and rusted when moved in )and the back porch was not clean and some other small things. So i showed her the before pics, and after pics and she then started ignoring me form emails to calls. So then we moved into a trailer, again filthy with roaches, no blinds, i took pictures of that also... AC did not work mold on air vents, called every day for 3 months spoke to the lady up front who everytime i called told me no one was available, they were in court, on vacy, at docs ect... The owner of the house showed up from out of state told me he wanted to see his house, i showed him my move in pictures along with the house currently. he came in fixed the ac and vents and pressure washed the carport. When jan of this year came i started calling Allstate asking about renewing my lease and or finding a new house with again same response, dont worry about it the lease renews it self blah blah blah, they are out of town, at court, on vacation with no answer. I called every week since jan. Fast forward to last week. 30 day termination notice of rental property saying the lease has been up since may..... I have call again 15xs since Thursday with NO response, no call back ,NOTHING... so now im trying to find a home for me and my two children on 30 day notice.... HORRIBLE, NO COMMUNICATIONS, LIES, TAKING YOUR MONEY. We have Never paid rent late, or short, we are always open communication and on time with them to be screwed over.. I Have left letters, vm, and have showed up to be told no one is available. DONT DO IT

I had the worse experience with this company. Rosa Rodriguez is the lender working in my file and that woman never explains anything, don't answer her calls, never calls you back, takes forever to replies emails. I'm at the point with 2 hard inquires in my credit report, because of that lower credit and i wont be getting my loan wish i was in the final process already and all because she couldn't take the time to explain the process to me and prepare a case with me for the bank and all that because my loan wasn't the biggest amount and I'm sure she was leaving me to the end just to focus maybe in loans with more money. Be careful with this company people. I will post my horrible experience all over the internet so people can be aware of the unprofessionalism of this company.
