The customer service has been amazing. I love my house. The neighborhood is perfect for kids and families. Plus the maintenance staff is awesome! Just today I called in an issue that was office related and my fault. I should have picked up something from the office Friday that I needed for Sunday. The maintenance team are the only ones working EMERGENCIES on weekends. While I waited for a call back I got a ring at my front door . Within about 2 hours of my call ( which is fast considering it’s not a maintenance issue) Chris the maintenance man was at my door with what I needed for Sunday ( totally not his job). All the staff is great but this truly saved my weekend! This is just an example of my experience here.

Our 2nd floor sprung a leak years ago and then they temp repaired the roof. Eventually it started molding so bad we had to move. When we called to get it fixed all they did was paint over it. Yeah I'm good. If you live by a dumpster area you will have gnats everywhere and man if you open a window it will start to smell bad on a hot day. Also I remember hearing stories about the spouces killing cats in the dumpsters. Guess the cats would hop in looking for food and then someone would come up throw some garbage away and hit the button with the cat still in the dumpster crushing the cat. People are idiots on base you watch a movie and the flipping cops get called on you because the walls are paper thin between houses. The list goes on.
