Recommend Jim 100% He and his team allowed me to purchase the property I wanted and made the whole experience a pleasant and smooth one. Will be going back to him for any future needs without hesitation. Thank you!

Jim was effective, efficient and knew just what to do in a timely manner. We were able to use my V.A. Home Loan Guarantee and he and his staff were very helpful. Closed with no issues in under 40 days start to finish. If I need him I would gladly use him again. Only thing I would not do is use the electronic filling via email. In Florida ALL EMAILS ARE PUBLIC INFORMATION. My understanding is contracts, banking information, and all personal information. That covers the Realtors as well. When I asked him he said he would have it removed from the server promptly. Thanks
