Stacey was knowledgeable, helpful and always made herself available to answer any questions and provide clarification when needed. Having been through a bad experience with a different mortgage company prior to selecting CBM Mortgage, the care and diligence Stacey provided was even more noticeable. Stacey identified specifically what we needed to provide and also clearly articulated what we as the buyers needed to do prior to being able to close. She also understood that we wanted to close earlier than our initial closing date and was able to make it happen a week early so we could move in before the holidays. I am very happy with the entire process and would recommend Stacey and CBM Mortgage to others.
