Where to begin with this one? This is our first time buying a new house. As we all know that is a VERY long and complicated process that is full of ups and downs and issues needing to be resolved asap and so on. That being said, as daunting as the process was. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with. Our team was Jennifer Goldsmith, Tinisha Thomas, and our project manager was Zachary Durham. At every single step of the home buying process, they were there beside us and helping us to understand what is happening now, and what is happening next. They all responded very quickly to any questions no matter how silly. They each had a very human approach to handling the process and I not once ever felt like 'a number' to any of them. For Ms Goldsmith, specifically. She was there with us from day 1. She got us approved when I honestly didn't expect to be. She ran the numbers and was able to give me a clear indicator of what I needed to do to make it through the process and I did each of those steps and it all worked out as she said it would be. Our project manager was Mr Durham. This guy was awesome. He literally emailed us every week with pictures of our new home and told us what to expect the next week and always followed through on anything he said he would. I do have one special shout out as well to Trey, who walked us through all of our options. We now have our dream home and we feel confident that it was built properly and with ethical resources and staff. We even used a VA home loan to further complicate things and they never missed a beat. Tomorrow we move into our new home and we are beyond excited. Seriously. Thank you to each and every person that was a part of our process. You have made our dreams come true even when we ourselves didn't believe it to be possible. Thank you.

NVR Mortgage was so helpful during our first-time home buying process. They were transparent with us and were willing to answer all of our questions.
