Joe Proppe with Prime lending is your guy!! This guy is a complete JOKE! It was because of him we not only lost the house we had an accepted offer on.. we lost a $1000 security deposit. This guy is NOT the man you want to work with or put your trust into. This company pretends to care about your mistreatment but doesn't actually do anything about it. PLEASE do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This company should be ashamed of the way their Syracuse branch is operating.
