When I first walked into the village realty office, the first thought to come to mind was “home.” The office is wonderfully decorated, clean, and inviting. The staff is very friendly and their customer service is excellent to boot. I immediately noticed that the lead staff show care and concern for their agents. Village provides ongoing training and workshops to ensure the success of its agents, and if any problem arise, anyone from the lead staff is readily available to assist. In a world where selfishness is common, kindness is everything. The staff and agents professionalism and customer service is the best toward customers & clients as well. They train the agents to care for their clients and serve them with excellence. A rare find nowadays. In my assessment between Village Realty Shoppe and other companies I have worked for, the others fail in comparison and I must say that Village Realty Shoppe is one of the best, if not the best, companies to work for in the south suburban area. It is a truly a place that is worth calling home and I am glad and honored to be amongst such a wonderful team.
