I was referred to this company through a family friend and had high expectations! I spoke to Kevin and he seemed very eager and passionate about helping my family get our credit in shape for a home loan. I was very excited after our first call and was told we would hear from in about a week. A week past so I called him just to follow up. He was brief and said he was waiting on a few things to come back and he would call me by the following week. That past never heard anything nor have I since its been over two weeks but I did receive a denial of a loan even tho we did not submit one. I wouldn't recommend for the simple customer service aspect of this, not following up with his potential clients. A simple hey this isn't going to work. I was very irritated as you all know finding a lender and going through the process is a headache in itself. Not getting call back and having to hound a lender is just not worth it. Lucas has done an excellent job following up with referrals. It seemed he was always available and is very knowledgeable on the loan products. His turn around times are impressive and with pricing the way it is he can price almost anyone out of the market. I would recommend him to any friends or family looking to purchase a home.
