I Love Eagle Point. I purchase my house when was Royal Oaks and also help 14 of my customer buy on the same community and we all Love it. My mother is also building a home that will be ready May 2019. I highly recomended.

Rita McGuire, the sales professional at this community was absolutely fantastic. There is a couple that pointed out and explained otherwise. I would have to say in my professional opinion to the other couple, first- sorry that that has happened to you. Rita may have been having a bad day, or something of the sort. She treated my husband and I with excitement and showed us around the community, introduced us to a very nice and friendly neighbor, whom she also sold a home to. I must say that I would not have wanted another agent to have shown me around. She climbed the stairs with us of a home that was just framed, but we could see the potential visually with our imagination. I really enjoyed Rita. I think that we may purchase in her community- my husband loves the serenity, and I like the Butler floor plan. Rita McGuire, was very gracious and patient. I know how to read people well and there was not one sense of any ill-temperament coming from her. Just a truly lovely personality.
