Im not the type to post reviews good or bad... However this bank has done a great job at treating me like garbage. I recently moved here to Marshfield from Oklahoma city where I'm a member of 2 different credit unions. I opened an account here and a few days later I deposited a check from my grandfather for $2500 on thursday 1/11/2018 and asked how long it would be held. The teller said 2 days and it would be available Saturday 1/13/2018 I said that would be fine. Today they said they tried calling me and since they didn't reach me they decided to hold the full $2500 for a full 10days due to holidays and weekends. So now we lost the house that we were going to rent and my auto insurance lapsed because of them. If they would have told me in the beginning that it would be 10 days I would have drove 2 hours to Tulsa to cash the check with Tinker Federal Credit Union. Now it's a huge mess on top of everything else that I'm trying to accomplish. Sidney the teller was good. She was only doing what she was told however I know Mary the branch manager could have helped more and she didn't seem to care at all. I'm taking my business elsewhere and making sure everyone I know hears about this experience.
