Dishonest pricing. They advertised a vehicle online for one price along with a disclaimer on the price stating that the price did not include tax, title, registration and $300 dealership processing fee. Then as soon as you walk in the door they say that there is a $950 "reconditioning fee" that is non-negotiable. Except that they don't actually list it as a fee on the pricing sheet but rather just list a high price overall. If you can't list it as an itemized item on the final pricing sheet then it's not a fee, it's just dishonest pricing. No one could actually say what the reconditioning fee was for or give any details other than that it was non-negotiable. I looked at two cars that had been "reconditioned" and one had surface stains on the carpet and had the antenae broken off the top. If you have reconditioned this vehicle and missed such obvious things... what else was missed? The other car I looked at had a bunch of trash in the center console and the seats/floorboards had clearly not been cleaned. If you are going to charge a reconditioning fee at least bother cleaning the cars. When I told the salesman that I would need to think on the price overnight as it was higher than I was anticipating he became rude and basically asked why I wasted his time and tried to pressure me into a "deal" at $1000 higher than list. Don't waste your time here- find another dealership that isn't going to be so blatantly dishonest.

Responding  back to your email..No your team didn't help at all we came there after the power outage which was fine we were with salesmen  which he gave service  we filled out application then informed  us computer was down which we were fine with him telling us that his words ..I am going to  run application first thing in the morning and give us a call guest what? No call and No call yesterday and today is another day No call thus far my hubby talked to manager  before we left with high spirits in getting  some type  of car so I  guess you guys run my credit  for no reason.No I didn't  have great services.Very disappointment 😡😡😡😡😡
