    Save yourself the headache. Go to an actual lender. This is a place of very very last resort, then still a bad idea.

    Rosie preapproved my daughter for a home loan .. and after the second attempt of my daughter trying to purchase a house she said she no longer qualified for a pre-approved loan. wow this place is a fraud don't ever deal with this company my daughter is devastated
