I was concerned with the merger/acquisition of Tioga FCU by First Heritage. While I do miss some of the folks and personal service at Tioga, I've found that the staff at First Heritage in Mansfield to be warm, friendly, and kind. The first time I visited FH in Mansfield, I received great customer service from Dorla. She helped me with some odd requests and offered several solutions for my account needs, without being pushy or overbearing. She seemed to genuinely care.

I would not tall anyone to go to this bank they suck dont not try to help you at all if you have a loan throw them dont try to get more because they wont give it to you
