Kris of Crane financial was wonderful to work with, she exceeded my expectations. Any time I had a question she was quick to answer and happy to do so. What I thought would be a scary process as a first time home owner she made to be simple and was there every step of the way. I decided to go to Crane when I read online she had over 30 years experience. I came on here to right a review so others can have a smooth loan process as well. I noticed recently there have been negative comments but they seemed generic with no explanation. Which makes me question the validity of them. I hope those comments don’t deter others from using Crane Financial as they are true professionals filled with knowledge and expertise. I can say they truly are the reason I now own my first home.
