I was the buyer of a home, and this company employed the seller's agent. She left a lockbox on the front door, which I now have because she never came back for it. She did not answer any of my questions. Additionally, the house was not left in the condition we agreed upon in P&S. There were damages that had been done after the inspection which I had to pay for. The agent never showed up at the property except ONCE for 10 minutes to collect her deposit on the day I had the inspection. She did not help me get the keys, information for the utilities, nothing. Absolute negligence is how I would describe her performance here.
