Because it was our first time, we were unfamiliar with many things, so it was awesome to have someone who walked us through the entire lengthy process, answering any questions we had, quickly and accurately. He promptly assisted us any time he could, responding to emails and phone calls whenever possible, while efficiently moving the process along. When speaking with him, it was obvious that he was dedicated to helping us reach the best possible results. He would even give us tips with how to negotiate prices, while also recommending when to lock in certain mortgage rates. I would highly recommend him to anyone who may be purchasing a new home. Our family appreciates everything he helped us with, and would definitely use him again in the future.

Have used on numerouse occassions for 2nd mortgage, home equity loans, refinancing and debt consolidation, and now a loan to purchase a new house. I have NEVER had a single issue or complication. The process couldn't be more simple. My in laws have used Firehouse twice as well with same great experiences. Refinanced 1 yr ago and got 2.625% on 10 yr. Lowest rates always.
