I cannot say enough good things about Luxe Mortgage! My husband and I were struggling to get financing for our new home through Bank of America. Unfortunately they do not recognize Income Based Repayment (IBR) but would not directly come out and say that. After three weeks of not knowing if we would get coverage and stressing about our loan, we decided to look elsewhere. That’s when we found Luxe Mortgage. Tom and Bobby were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Tom assured us that he would be able to help and that’s exactly what he did. The process was streamlined and very easy to follow online. Everything was able to be submitted through their web portal, which was available to us right away. Tom and Bobby worked very efficiently to get our loan approved and get the home buying process started. They were so quick that we were able to close two weeks early! If we had known better we would have started with them first.. we won’t make that mistake again!
