Customer service agents are friendly, however unhelpful due to this bank's policies. When asking for change they ask you what it is for and try and charge you for it if your reason isn't satisfactory to them, even if you are an account holder. They refused to issue me a cashier's check after I gave them the payee's agency and they cited bank policy as the reason for refusal. I cannot conduct what I presupposed was basic banking business at this branch due to overly zealous policy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is by virtue of the exceptionally friendly staff, and that I am able to pay bills from this account and deposits typically go through the same day. If you typically use online banking and just need to deposit, withdrawal, and write checks they are an OK bank; If you need anything more, however, your experience may vary depending on if their policy agrees with your reasons for wanting aforementioned change and/or cashier's check.
