Great service from this bank. The tellers and customer service reps I spoke to were all super friendly. I did have a little bit of a wait to open up a checking account because Becky was giving the gentleman before me personalized attention. When it was my turn, I got the same attention to detail as the gentleman before me and a very friendly welcome. Great service, very personable staff. Excited about my new relationship with this branch.

Had to make 3 trips to the bank to change a name of who had access on a checking account for a nonprofit group. Find out 9 months later that it never happened. Now they can’t find the paper work to fix it either. Banker was not very understanding and really didn’t want to hear my complaints. We will be finding a new bank.
