I wish to God I would have never chose Reliable Mortgages for any help at all. I was working with Adrian who had NO CLUE about closing on homes his supervisor Ashley had to take over the caseload then once I left the company she wouldn’t even speak to me. He was very unprofessional. Had I would’ve waited on Reliable Mortgages to help me close I would be homeless right now They refused to give me my paper work once I found a better mortgage company and found out they were able to help me close it was a disaster. As soon as I left and went with University Lending Group they quickly got me approved. Make sure you do your homework on the background on this company because they suck!

I worked with Anastasia. The road was long and tough but she always kept me informed. She worked harder when things got difficult. It’s hard to find good folks who don’t give up. I was lucky to have her! Closed last Monday and couldn’t be happier.
