    Their lack of communication just drove me up the wall.The mortgage loan officer didn't even say congratulations when me and my wife closed on the house. They will not keep you informed on anything that's going on I literally had to call the lawyer I was using to answer questions my mortgage loan officer wouldn't or couldn't although should have been able to.
