Select did an excellent job exploring the loan options that worked for us for an Apartment community to minimize "yield maintenance". The attention to detail and assistance through the process all the way to closing was outstanding.

Select Commercial has great rates and great service. I am very glad I applied to Select for my loan. Would definitely recommend.
