Customer service cannot get any better! West Bart responds promptly to emails and questions. He is quick, honest and has a no nonsense approach. West explains details and always tries to find the best deal. We have used West on multiple occasions and have recommended him to countless others!

This is a great example of big business, with a small town approach. I have completed numerous mortgage transactions with West and team, and each time has plenty of care and efficiency. I would highly recommend utilizing them and stay away from the big guys.
