I'm a business owner with an account with Associated already, I've now been trying to open a personal checking account and get told I need to make an appointment every time I stop in to make my business deposits. Never have I experienced this at any bank I've ever done business with, this branch is rarely busy enough to turn away new business, in my opinion from frequenting it now for almost a year.

They have a very friendly and courteous staff always willing to go above and beyond for their customers
