************************************WARNING!**************************** I'm not even going to give them one star! I would strongly suggest anyone who is looking to get a home mortgage to avoid Norcom at all cost. They are the most unorganized, unprofessional group of individuals I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with! Not only did they do a terrible job in handling my clients loan process, they had the nerve to harass and delay transferring her appraisal once my client decided to go with another lender. Because of Norcom's incompetence we had to delay closing 2 additional weeks, and we still have not gotten the appraisal transferred to the new lender after having requested it from Norcom several days ago! Home ownership for a first time home buyer should be an enjoyable experience, but because of Norcom my client has had to endure a nightmare!
