John and his team did a fantastic job with our home loan. We even had the Title Company and our Realtor comment on fast and efficient they were to do business with. Thank you to all that were part of helping us obtain this home, we love it!!!

I would NOT recommend Mortgage Financial Group to any home buyer! Their lack of communication, organization and overall professionalism ended up costing our family $3100 out of pocket when they delayed our loan closing without giving us even 24 hours of notice! We had moved everything onto the moving trucks and then we got a text saying the couldn’t close the next day as promised! We had to stay in a hotel for NINE days with only the clothes on our backs. They gave us a “credit” for $2100 to cover the storage costs for our belongings but we are still out $1000 in out of pocket costs. Plus during this entire time my husband and I were out of work (because our clothes were on moving trucks!) so we lost even more money in potential income! Our home finally closed but the entire process was extremely stressful, frustrating and an emotional rollercoaster.
