Scam company!! Went through the entire process all the way to underwriting , and then my loan originator was fired and manager cited “regulatory problems “ in the state of CT and they were not sure if they could process my loan. Completely unethical . Lives are now hanging in the balance : my home is sold , and I’m in the process of buying another and first alliance scammed me!!!! Beware. Stay Local!!

Worked with FAHM for over a month and provided all necessary documents in a timely manner. They suddenly stopped responding to emails and follow up texts to find out the status of the application. I had to go to another mortgage company and start over. Fortunately, the new mortgage company closed out my loan in 30 days and I'm now a homeowner! Avoid this company if you want good customer service and to actually purchase a home.
