We are first time home buyers and were very nervous about the process. From the first time we stepped in the office they made us feel so comfortable and informed us about any and everything we needed to know. They held our hand threw the whole process and kept us updated with everything. The are very organized, informative and overall just good people. Tara which is the assistant was always there and always was available for questions. Bill and Kim did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone trying to buy a house. Bill and his team worked with me from the beginning to the end of my loan process. Stayed in touch with me and answered any questions I had. The day before my closing there was a problem with my paperwork...Bill and Kim worked non-stop in order for me to meet the closing deadline!! Provided me with all the information that I might need in the future... For that I am extremely grateful! Oh, forgot to mention that birthday was a few days before closing and Bill surprised me with a birthday email! Not only did it make my day, it made me laugh!! They also stopped by to congratulate me on the purchase of my home! So needless to say, not was I taken care of during the process...I was treated like family!! Keep up the Great Work!
