Worse branch manager ever. So close to paying off my loan. Closing all accounts as soon as paid in full. Have dealt with this lady at 2 different banks over the past 15 years. Wouldn't be there now if the bank I made the loan with hadn't sold out to Capital - now 1st Tennessee.

Main manager told me I couldn't cash my disability check that I have received for 8 years my grandmother is the payee but I've been cashing these checks long enough too know how it works and I have filed a complaint with corporate and will be filing a complaint with the bbb my grandmother is also removing my account due to first Tennessee lieing to our faces and assuring me and my grandmother that I would never have a problem receiving my money
