Anybody who works hard for your money, do not bank with this institution. This bank stole over 8 grand from me in one year, so if you have millions to spare go right ahead but if you want the best , you must go elsewhere....Public service announcement!!!! I had an issue with discrimination with this institution, anyone I wrote checks to was interrogated, I was made fun of for my spending habits and I contacted the vice president himself only to have him tell his team if they help me they are fired. Now when I write this it may sound like theres way more to the story, nope. I'm a Salesmanager for Verizon and I have one hundred and forty thousand dollars of direct deposit going in every year. The way SunTrust works is if you are helped in any way, the SunTrust employee who helped you faces termination. This is not a company anyone in their right mind wants to do business with. BB&t shame on you!!!! # boycott the merger

Pushy and annoying. I literally came here for A) questions about my mortgage B) inquiring about money market savings account I am joint owner of. Woman spent the whole time trying to get me to sign up for a credit card. The whole time. I ended up leaving with only resolving 1 of my two problems. I won't be back.
