I have been through the mortgage process several times. Nothing like this. Nate and his team are fantastic. Super fast close. We did an FHA loan thru him and anyone who knows FHA knows it can be a pain with all the documentation. They made it go so smooth. Do not hesitate to use them to get your financing.
