The very first time I contacted Ms. McIntosh by phone I knew this was the lender I wanted to work with. I had contacted others but didn't get a good vibe from them. Ms. Blonnell was very comforting, reassuring and thorough. She and Jamie McCoy kept me informed and held my hand through the entire process. They really went above and beyond!!!
