As my first home purchase I was full of questions and talked with multiple banks/brokers. Ben was awesome and completely understanding with everything. He was straight forward with a great quote with options from the start with a reputable lender which he broke down for me to grasp it all. He didn’t try to pressure or talk me into it anything which a lot of banks seemed to do. I loved that and ultimately went with him which I could not have been any happier about how the whole process turned out. Fully recommend and will most likely use his services again in the future.

I cannot even say the right words to express my gratitude towards Ben Yocca ! I am a first time homeowner and I was so very nervous, especially going through the process on my own. I had so many questions and concerns and Ben was seriously there to help me with everything ! He was readily available and easy to talk to . He made the process very easy with very little stress. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me get my new home !
