Very disappointed! About 8 weeks ago my debit card was hacked. The bank was good at denying the transaction. However, they ordered a new card that never arrived. Then they ordered a second card that was supposed to arrive to the bank. Unfortunately that one never arrived either. Called the customer service for the 3rd time, now they are ordering a 3rd card. Been without a debit card for so long. Thinking about closing my accounts there, even though I am banking with them for almost 20 years.-Staff is rude and does not listen to what I needed to ask. Customer service wouldn`t give them a star, but had to to publish this post.
