I have used these guys twice now. My condo in FLA and my duplex in Philly. Both times I was waiting for the usual nonsense that comes up in transactions like these. With escrow, title or the appraisal. Etc. I’m shocked that 2 times in a row, nothing was different than what I was told. I even walked away from closing with $7.35 check, that paid for my lunch. Once is luck, 2 Times they know how to get it done!
