Who knew financing could be such a stressful and stress free process too.... Let me tell you Todd is the epitome of phenomenal and who you want in your corner when you buy a home!!!!!!!! He was amazing and made himself available despite my busy schedule. I work 12 13 hours a day and my availability at times is very limited. Todd made things happen and was so very accommodating and professional. I have used other lenders, and I had a team member of there management tell me he was on a “date with his wife” and not to contact him at that time in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner, on a Sunday ...the one day I have off. I had certain deadlines I needed to meet!!!! and the other lender I felt like did not care..... I am glad he did what he did because I fired him and hired Todd. I was so amazed how different lenders could make such a huge difference and turned my stress levels around. He was quick to respond with what I truly believed to be respectable time frames, and really just made things happen. I have nothing to loose or gain by writing this so I just want to honestly say Todd is the type of people you want , honest and Integrity driven with a ton of knowledge and experience !!!!!!!!! Thank you again Todd for being an awesome person.!
