As a real estate agent, working with a lender who can communicate and keep progress going on a loan is so critical. Tim was professional and delivered on his promise for my client of getting a loan clear to close within the 30 day window even with alot of holidays inbetween. Thanks Tim!

Home buying is quite possibly one of the most daunting tasks as an adult. Finding that perfect home and then the financing piece - it could have been super stressful, but not with Tim at the helm. He makes the process simple and fun. Tim provides real customer service even though much of this process is digital, with Tim, expect to feel appreciated and receive one-on-one contact. We are so excited for our home and sincerely appreciate all your help and guidance. Thank you, Tim!
