Steve was unbelievably great to work with. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him and compass in general. Steve worked with me and my wife to pull off an AMAZING rate on our mortgage. It was great having a real person that was local that would respond to our questions day or night by email, text or phone calls. Steve went out of his way and even showed up at closing just to make sure we were comfortable with all of the financial parts as we were first time home buyers. I would not hesitate to recommend everyone I know to this company, our experience was flawless.

I'm not even sure where to begin exactly. Neil Shelton and Charlene Schellhammer were more than I could have asked for with my home buying experience. They are great as a team, as well as individually. This has been an EXTREMELY long process with having multiple offers fall through on houses and going through USDA. Neither of these were anything to do with Compass Mortgage; but even so, Neil did everything possible to keep me positive and get me the best deal possible. Charlene was always on top of everything and very timely. If I could give more stars on this review, I absolutely would!
