Great banking experience every time. Reminds me of the friendly hometown banks that were in Lake Placid when I moved here in 1976! Smiling faces and everyone is helpful no matter what I need. Thank you all.

Kind and professional staff! I visited the Lake Placid branch with my father. An account manager was patient and polite with his questions. Later when he asked the teller to recount his withdrawal, she counted it again slow and with a smile. A great combination of customer service and small town hospitality!
