So Happy With Vankeef. Patrick and his team got my fiance' and I a great rate and beat the builders lender! If you're building a new home this is your Mortgage lender. They were phenomenal from beginning to end they took really great care of us. I am very happy and I highly recommend Vankeef.

Lazy. Waits until 4:50 to respond to emails on a Friday twice after you have waited all week for a response and the buyer was about to back out of the deal. Also screens my calls. Almost 55 days to close. One more day and buyer would have pulled out. Note: they also waited almost seven days to fund the loan. Sloppy, lazy, unprofessional. Malcom needs to be fired. Patrick and everyone else did their jobs fine. These other one ratings seem to have had the same experience as me.
