I would have given them a better score as they were responsive with our home purchase. But before our first payment, we received a notice from possibly the worst ever mortgage company saying that diamond sold our mortgage to them. Now we have to deal with the shadiest company I have ever seen. When we were first talking to diamond, I asked specifically if they sell off their loans and was told that they do not. We were lied to the whole time. Shame on you, this is borderline predatory.

This was my first experience buying a home and I couldn’t be happier with the service I was provided from Becky at diamond. She answered any question I had in a timely manner and she organized everything in a way anyone could understand, step by step. I would definitely recommend her to any of my friends looking for their first house.
